DescriptionDevelop, implement, and administer Human Resources plans, policies, procedures, systems, and programs in alignment withProtaxter Group’sorganizational objectives and strategic priorities.Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day activities and operations of the Human Resources Department.Contribute to the development of HR Department goals, objectives, strategies, and systems, and monitor their effective and timely implementation.Develop, review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions, organizational structures, staffing plans, and reporting lines.Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, vacancy announcements, candidate screening, longlisting, coordination of shortlisting, interviews, selection, reference checks, and appointment.Oversee recruitment activities for all personnel and ensure that recruitment processes are transparent, consistent, competitive, properly documented, and conducted in accordance withProtaxter Grouppolicies and procedures.Develop and implement employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure that new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, workplace rules, policies, procedures, and organizational expectations.Develop, review, update, and recommend personnel policies, procedures, guidelines, and the Employee Handbook to ensure effective, consistent, and compliant HR practices across the organization.Manage and maintain accurate employee records, attendance records, personnel files, HR databases, departmental reports, and other required HR documentation.Develop, analyze, and monitor the organization’s salary structure and salary budget, including periodic salary benchmarking and market surveys, and provide recommendations based on organizational needs and market conditions.Administer employee benefits, allowances, and entitlements in accordance with approvedProtaxter Grouppolicies, employment terms, and applicable requirements.Develop, review, and administer employee performance appraisal and performance management systems to promote accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.Assess employee training and development needs and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate learning, capacity-building, and professional development programs.Provide training, coaching, counseling, and professional guidance to employees and supervisors on employee development, performance management, workplace conduct, discipline, and employee relations.Manage employee relations matters and provide appropriate guidance on workplace concerns, grievances, disciplinary issues, employee counseling, and conflict resolution.Conduct and/or coordinate workplace investigations and ensure that disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and termination procedures are handled fairly, consistently, confidentially, and in accordance withProtaxter Grouppolicies and applicable requirements.Conduct and oversee employee exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve employee retention, workplace practices, organizational culture, and HR services.Maintain and regularly update the company directory, organizational charts, staffing structures, personnel information, and other HR-related organizational records.Prepare accurate, timely, and professional HR reports, workforce analyses, presentations, dashboards, and management information for senior management and other relevant stakeholders.Participate in management, administrative, and departmental meetings and provide HR-related advice, updates, recommendations, and follow-up actions.Monitor workplace health and safety requirements from an HR perspective and coordinate with relevant departments to promote a safe, healthy, respectful, and compliant working environment.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend new HR policies, systems, tools, approaches, and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce management.Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, security, accessibility, and appropriate retention of HR records and employee information in accordance withProtaxter Grouppolicies and applicable requirements.Ensure that HR practices and employee information are handled with appropriate confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and respect for employee privacy.Perform other HR, administrative, and organizational development duties as reasonably assigned by Management.Ensure that all HR activities are implemented professionally, consistently, transparently, efficiently, and in accordance with approvedProtaxter Grouppolicies, procedures, employment terms, and applicable requirements.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar related field5 years’ experience in HR & ManagementExcellent communication skills and English Proficiency, both oral and written;Excellent computer skills in word processing and excel.Outstanding team building and management skill.Negotiation and decision-making skills.Ability to make decision and get measurable results through a diverse team.Ability to manage and direct a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.Time-management and organization skillsRequirementsExperience: 1-5 Years
