Interns will help customers explore the company’s products, respond to inquiries, and assist with order follow-up through online channels.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer messages and product inquiries.Share accurate information about products, prices, availability, and promotions.Guide customers through placing orders and follow up on requests.Record inquiries, orders, and customer feedback accurately.Refer complaints, payment issues, or complex requests to the relevant team.Coordinate with sales and marketing staff to keep online product information current.Job RequirementsStrong written communication and a courteous customer-service approach.Basic ability to use social media, messaging apps, and online platforms.Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is an advantage.Sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.Must be able to work responsibly as part of a team.RequirementsEducation: Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
