Our mission is to provide customers with original, high-quality products offering comfort, style, and durability, backed by a smooth shopping experience and reliable, friendly service.Job SummaryThe Store Branch Manager will oversee daily retail branch operations in Kabul, supervise sales staff, support sales performance, and ensure good customer service and store standards. Responsibilities include managing store opening and closing, staff schedules and daily tasks, product displays and pricing, inventory checks, cash handling, and timely reporting of sales, expenditure, and stock issues to the main office. The manager will also coordinate with relevant company departments and address customer concerns and operational challenges.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Project Management.At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in footwear or apparel retail, store management, or marketing.Experience in sales growth, staff supervision, inventory control, and reporting.Familiarity with retail POS or ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and time-management skills.Professional fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English.RequirementsEducation: : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline.Experience: 3-5 years
