The Warwick Chancellors International Scholarships at Warwick University are available to the top international postgraduate researchers. For the 2027-2028 entry, £5 million will be allocated for 80 Chancellor’s International Scholarships for exceptional international PhD applicants.Applicants who contribute significantly to Warwick’s thriving global community of world-leading researchers can apply for the 42 awards made for entry for Autumn 2025. - Hold an unconditional eligible course offer by 21 January 2027 OR be within the first 12 months of an eligible course in October 2027. (Accepted outstanding conditions: completion of a degree or obtaining ATAS clearance).
- Meet the CSC eligibility requirements.
- Hold a People’s Republic of China Passport and either be permanently resident in China or studying overseas. (Applicants from Hong Kong or Taiwan, or those working overseas, are not eligible).
- If currently or previously studying overseas, ensure you meet the CSC eligibility requirements.
- Applications from any research area are welcomed. However, there are 12 CSC Priority Areas identified.
